Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: 1 November 2026
D-FENCE wants everyone, including people with disabilities and older people, to be able to read about our products and to contact us. We work to make this Site usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom and other assistive technology.
1. The standard we work to
We aim to meet Israeli Standard SI 5568 at level AA, which is based on the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and also WCAG 2.1 level AA, as referred to in Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. This is an ongoing effort. The Site has been reviewed with automated checks and manual testing, and it may not yet meet every criterion on every page; see the known limitations below.
2. Accessibility features
- A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
- Full keyboard operation of the menus, galleries, video viewer and forms, with a visible focus indicator.
- A logical heading structure, page landmarks and descriptive link and button names.
- The correct language and reading direction on every page, including right-to-left layouts for Hebrew and Arabic.
- Text alternatives for informative images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
- A responsive layout that adapts to phones, tablets and zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
- Light and dark display modes.
- Respect for the visitor's "reduce motion" setting: when it is on, animations and background videos do not play automatically.
- No audio starts by itself: background videos are silent, and sound plays only after you press play.
3. Known limitations
We are working to fix the following, and we will update this page as we do:
- Some videos have burned-in subtitles or on-screen text, but not all videos have captions or an audio description, and some are shown in one spoken language only.
- The digital catalogue (page-turn book) is made of page images. A downloadable PDF is offered next to it, but PDFs, datasheets and technical documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers.
- Some decorative animations and background loops continue while the page is open unless your device is set to reduce motion.
- Embedded players and pages of other services we link to, such as YouTube, are governed by those services' own accessibility.
- Some images may carry short or generic text alternatives.
4. Alternative ways to get information
If any content or document cannot be used with your assistive technology, tell us which one and we will send it to you in an accessible form (for example a text version or a described summary) or explain it by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
5. Contact the accessibility coordinator
To report an accessibility problem or ask for an adjustment, contact the D-FENCE accessibility coordinator by e-mail at sales@d-fence.com (subject: Accessibility) or by WhatsApp at +972 54-433-1909. Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We aim to answer within five business days.
6. Date of this statement
This statement was last reviewed on 1 November 2026. We will review it again after significant changes to the Site.
