1. Operator of the Site

2. Information only, not an offer

Everything on the Site is general information about D-FENCE and its products. It is not an offer, a quotation or a commitment to supply. A binding offer exists only in a written proposal or contract signed by D-FENCE.

• Specifications, ranges, response times, detection and accuracy figures are design or test values for the configuration described. Actual performance depends on the site, installation, weather, configuration and maintenance, and is confirmed only in a written offer.
• Product details, appearance and availability may change without notice.
• Photographs, renderings and animations are illustrative. They may show equipment of partners or third parties, and demonstrations do not guarantee the same result in every environment.
• Product pages and datasheets do not replace a site survey, a risk assessment or professional design.

3. Regulatory and export notice

The supply, export, import, possession and use of security, surveillance, counter-drone and other equipment are regulated and may need licences or approvals in Israel and in the destination country, including export-control and sanctions rules. Some equipment, such as radio-frequency jamming equipment and net launchers, may be restricted or prohibited in some places or for some users. Nothing on the Site authorises or encourages any use that is unlawful. It is the buyer's and the user's responsibility to obtain every approval and to comply with local law, and supply is conditional on such approvals.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's texts, design, graphics, photographs, videos, software and documents belong to D-FENCE or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. "D-FENCE", the D-FENCE logo and product names are trademarks or business names of D-FENCE. Other names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify them.

You may view the Site and download or print its documents for your own use or for evaluating our products. Any other copying, republishing, automated collection of content or commercial use needs our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site in a way that is unlawful, that harms or overloads it, that tries to gain unauthorised access to it or to other users' data, or that sends false or misleading enquiries.

6. Third-party links and content

The Site links to websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, including that it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, D-FENCE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or limits rights that the law gives consumers.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

We may change these terms by publishing a new version on the Site. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
